Return Policy
  • If there is a problem with your order, WE WILL FIX IT. No cost to you. If we sent the wrong shirt, or if this is an issue with the shirt, we may ask for a photo. This will save you time from returning the shirt.

    Please read everything prior to returning shirts:

    We no longer accept straight exchanges. You need to return the shirts and reorder them. Upon receipt of the shirts, we will credit your card for the shirts minus shipping. You MUST put your NEW order number on the email we send you in order to avoid restocking fees. Plus the DESIGN must be the same to avoid a restocking fee. We are no longer charge restocking fees for exchanges. This will get you the shirts faster.

    PLEASE get a DELIVERY receipt for the return. If we don't get the shirts you don't get a refund. Please give us some time to process your refund, up to 14 days...

    PLEASE put the NEW order number on the email we send you, we will not research 1000's of orders to see if you reordered.

    Grab Bag and Mega Grab bag shirts are not refundedable or returnable.

    If you want to just return the shirts, there is a 40% per shirt (about $6 for a reg shirt) and hoodie restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. Please note on the email we send to you that you do not want a refund.

    If you have questions, please ask. We have made these changes to get you shirts quicker. Any orders shipped UPS are not REFUNDABLE, we went the extra mile to get this to you immediately, and most are used for parties, etc. They can only be EXCHANGED. If you send them back, we will not credit your card and will not return them to you. If they are defective a new one will be sent.
